IMPORTANT – MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS 2026<\/span><\/h3>\n

DON’T MISS THE DEADLINE TO RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP!<\/span><\/h4>\n

According to Club rules, all members must renew their club membership and pay their annual membership fee by the end of January each year.
\nMembers who fail to do so have to re-apply for membership if they wish to remain members.<\/p>\n

In the past years, due to the disruption caused by Covid-19, the Club has allowed more leeway when members were late in renewing their memberships. But now that the pandemic restrictions are over we are returning to the normal practice of asking members to renew their membership by the end of January<\/p>\n

So this year online membership renewals can be made on the Club website www.central-ward.co.uk until Saturday 31st January<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Any member who is unable to pay online may attend the club in person on
\nThursday 22nd January or Thursday 29th January 2026, between 6:00pm and 9:00pm only,<\/strong> where assistance will be provided.
\nIf you cannot come into the club please ask a friend or a family member to help you renew online.<\/p>\n

LATE RENEWALS<\/span><\/h4>\n

After 31st January members will be able to renew their membership for a further 2 weeks – until Saturday 14th February<\/strong> – To renew during the grace period please contact membership@central-ward.co.uk<\/a> as the website payment system will be closed.\u00a0\u00a0PLEASE NOTE these late renewals will incur a late renewal fee of \u00a310 on top of the normal membership fee.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

From 14th Feb any member who has not paid to renew their membership will cease to be a member of the Club, and will have to re-apply to join the club if they vvant to continue their membership.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Cash payments will no longer be accepted. <\/strong><\/p>\n

This change will allow renewals to be processed and issued faster, more easily, and more accurately.<\/strong><\/p>\n

EXISTING SENIOR & HONORARY MEMBERS RENEWAL<\/h2><\/div>[vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

At the Special General Meeting in October members voted to close the categories of Senior Member<\/strong> and Honorary Member<\/strong> for anyone who was not already in those membership categories when they joined or renewed their membership in 2022.<\/p>\n

So unless you were a Senior or an Honorary Member last year, all members must pay the standard membership fee of \u00a335 when renewing Their Membership for 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you wish to become a member of the Central Ward Residents and Sports Club you will need to complete our membership application form and return it by post to the club Secretary with a cheque for \u00a345 covering your first year\u2019s membership and a \u00a310 administrative fee.
