CENTRAL WARD CLUB MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS 2024

IMPORTANT – MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS 2024

DON’T MISS THE DEADLINE TO RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP!

According to Club rules, all members must renew their club membership and pay their annual membership fee by the end of January each year.
Members who fail to do so have to re-apply for membership if they wish to remain members.

In the past years, due to the disruption caused by Covid-19, the Club has allowed more leeway when members were late in renewing their memberships. But now that the pandemic restrictions are over we are returning to the normal practice of asking members to renew their membership by the end of January, with a short extension.

So this year online membership renewals can be made on the Club website www.central-ward.co.uk until Tuesday 14th February.

PLEASE NOTE

LATE RENEWALS

After 14th February members will be able to renew their membership for a further 2 weeks – until Tuesday 28th February – by filling in a paper renewal form available at the bar and handing it to bar staff. But these late renewals will incur a late renewal fee of £5 on top of the normal membership fee.

From 1st March any member who has not paid to renew their membership will cease to be a member of the Club, and will have to re-apply to join the club if they vvant to continue their membership.

(Our online renewal facility will only be available from the 1st of January until the 31st January)

EXISTING SENIOR & HONORARY MEMBERS RENEWAL

At the Special General Meeting in October members voted to close the categories of Senior Member and Honorary Member for anyone who was not already in those membership categories when they joined or renewed their membership in 2022.

So unless you were a Senior or an Honorary Member last year, all members must pay the standard membership fee of £35 when renewing Their Membership for 2024
